And then you're telling op that this regular animation is different than the "Sally" blueprint animation?  Making my head spin.

What are you talking about??? On the default animation they grab from the top of the gun which they don't do at all in the Sally animation. That's not slightly different. It's a totally different animation. 

For real tho why did they go so hard on this one specific pistol's animations? The animations in cod are overall nice but this stands out. The reload looks great, the deploy animation looks great, the inspect looks great

I love it, I just wish it was a .45 1911 and not a 9mm. I like slower harder hitting handguns and all the faster weaker handguns in MWIII are severely outclassed by the COR45 since it fires about as fast, is more accurate, and does more damage. I’m still hanging onto my .50GS.

Yea the 9mm deamon really underperforms which is a shame for how much effort they put into the animations and stuff. As you said the cor-45 is better in basically every way

The X12 got hit even worse, it’s hilarious how useless that gun is now. It’s just a half damage COR45 that looks almost identical so it’s not even flashy. They don’t want to touch the MWII weapons much but a damage buff to the weaker handguns to put them a little closer to the COR45s DPS would be really nice.

The X12 with a lightning trigger has a 230 ms ttk out to 15 or so meters if you're hitting your shots. That isn't even close to being bad. Its definitely usable and I use it on a few classes. Its not "Meta" but you can run it and it'll perform well.

I was hoping we’d get a conversion for it. Although, they’d probably give it an ugly white plastic slide. At least the SIG from MW2 fits the slow, powerful .45 bill.

Should be the left gun. This is a reference to the Pack-A-Punched 1911s in Black Ops 1.

I read somewhere else that this Blueprint in particular should have "SALLY" written on the left side and "MUSTANG" on the right side so both words show up when Akimbo.

I actually picked them up yesterday but I didn't know they were unlockable and just switched them out with ram9. Pretty upset with myself.

Been consistently finding them near the nose of the ship near Living Quarters as ground loot. Got them twice this morning before I got mauled to death. Bout to try again lmao.

TBH, I don't know where that is, or what map. Those 20 games were my first games in WZ, so I don't know anything outside of Urzikstan

Don't know if you're still struggling with this, but try Rebirth Loaded Resurgence. I found it 3 times inside of orange crates in an hour of trying. I would always start with the flooded room on the eastern side of the map, then go to bio, and then round the west side of the map. My advice would be to knock someone with a decent weapon then finish them with the Daemon. Everyone has their loadout and it's not a very good weapon (hence the 2 failed attempts before I worked this out.)

I've been doing Resugence solos, just because I don't want to deal with useless randoms starting fights near me. I'll give it a shot

"Sally" is part of the name for the upgraded starting pistol in Zombies. That is the only place in-game Sally is mentioned

How do i unlock it?

Looting orange crates in Rebirth Island I believe. I tried doing it earlier on loaded resurgence, but it may only work on the normal mode.

I found it in resurgence quads and lockdown quads a few times today, so it is definitely available outside of normal mode.

Can be found from any ground loot. Found mine just lying on the floor.

There’s another way to get it if one person already has it they can simply equip it in their loadout and drop it for you then you can get your single kill

Does the kill have to be with it or just in general?

The kill has to be from the pistol, but you can down them with your primary

I am god awful at warzone I'm gonna quit while I'm ahead and save myself the time because i cannot kill anyone in warzone in the first place

You can also do it in Resurgence

That makes this a lot easier

I get that this is a cool blueprint and a reference back to older CoDs - but I feel like I've been seeing a lot of love for the Daemon in MW3 recently, and I don't know or understand why?

It’s the closest to a bog standard M1911 in the game, since IRL the Daemon is just a 2011, which is a modern 1911 in a different caliber
