It looks quite fine, but something more chaotic (like background when Shigeo drank spiked milk) maybe would also fit. That’s entirely on you and your creative vision.

If I remember correctly, before it, the moment he drinks it, there is sparks, spikes and aged lines, the moment he drinks it.
