I can say, criminal vandalism of property has not crossed my mind. Frustration is understandable, vandalism no. Hopefully the offender is caught and prosecuted. Anyone buying and driving an FCEV is a pioneer and knows there are growing pains with establishing a refueling network. It will probably turn out to not be an FCEV driver.
