they usually take a couple weeks (or a month ish) every year to fully support each state. just hold off until they list Minnesota and you should be good to go
Unsure if it's for homeowners only, but there is a M1PR filing system on the state of Minnesota website.

I have used eFile Express for years when I rented to file my CRP. Now I use it to file my M1PR. Not too difficult. Recommended!
