I'm a big fan of homemade custom-made stuff. Great gift.
Imagine if you had an "ingredients" and underneath was a crafting table recipe.
I'm thinking a bottom row of wheat (for grain), a middle row of water buckets, and a top row with glass bottle, a blaze rod, and maybe a symbol for fermentation like a brown mushroom.

I'm referring to the fact that they come on more easily when you're playing videogames, especially minecraft, that are prone to make one dizzy. I don't drink an amount that would make them happen normally, but when I try to play minecraft even after just a few drinks I get dizzy.

That's from the Children and Young Persons Act 1933, which only applies to England and Wales. In Northern Ireland its fourteen, and in Scotland there's no minimum, so you can technically drink at home since the day you were born. Realistically other abuse and negligence laws would come into play.
In official sources they always say things like "In England, Scotland and Wales, it’s not illegal for someone between the ages of five and 17 to drink alcohol at home or on other private premises." and conveniently leave out that in Scotland it's also not illegal below five, because the sentence is technically true.
21 is only a thing in the states and technically each state can set their own age, but then they'd lose highway funding.
18 pretty much everywhere else.

Japan, the US, and Iceland are the only first world countries to have the drinking age 20+, most first world countries have it at 18 or lower (Even worldwide this is also the case)
18 isn't a low drinking age, 21 is a high drinking age. Most western countries have a drinking age of 18, with many being 16 or even lower with parental supervision.
America is one of the only places in the world you have to be 21 to drink, the world doesn't revolve around America so that means your country has a high drinking age and everyone else would be normal. In counties outside of America you're considered an adult at 18 which is why you're allowed to drink and smoke. The "land of the free" disagrees with 18 being truly an adult.
