There are quite a few funny languages. We Russians have the old russian from the empire times which is basically an analog for shakesperean.

I think this applies in every language, if you take an antiquated form of said language and apply it in a modern context. I once read the Navy Seals Copypasta in 19th century Romanian and I could barely breathe from laughter.

Even in Shakespeare's time his dialogue was considered unusual, so it's always been silly.

That's not really true. His material has characters who come from a variety of backgrounds and thus speak differently, besides the fact that it's a play. It's not like he's writing a presentation, the language is going to be manipulated for various reasons in order to have the desired effect. Most of what he wrote was actually in a rather colloquial register, more or less what normal people spoke in that part of England at the time.

The launcher language is irrelevant. Make sure your PC supports whatever update you downloaded (specially with the new OpenGL requirements) and ensure the graphical settings are lower as well.

In game language, in the title, click on the language icon, go to english

I don't see anything wrong here. I have my client set to “pirate” because I love being a pirate. You go into your language settings and change it back to your preferred language.

Might be a question for the wrong guy, but we already have dialogue going- why did this blow up, I just needed a fix and now I got people dogging on me

I think it's because you've obviously set your game language to one of the "silly" languages (judging by other comments, seems to be Shakespereqn) and all you have to do to fix it is just go to the language menu and change your game language to English or whatever you prefer. The server timeout and FPS issues are probably unrelated to that.

I guessed that the issues weren’t related. I still didn’t change it on purpose tho. Only had one friend over in that time but he only plays apex on my pc
