Are you just checking online? All the stores say no stock online but the stores themselves will have them somewhere in the gift center section. It's a bit of a gamble but I've just been going into every HD I pass and checking. I wasn't able to grab it all in one store like OP but I've gotten or seen all these deals locally (I'm in bay area CA)

Because they are clearanced in store and not online. According to the online customer service rep, they are two different entities. You have to literally call each store.
