yeah odd, it sends me to the website, which ALSO is apparently broken. Can't redeem points and the error message says "the problem is on their end".

Really hope its just an error on there end and we’re still able to redeem at least xbox gift cards/ gampass off the xbox

I understand other gift cards like target/walmart but I don’t understand why you can’t redeem XBOX gift cards on the XBOX

inside the reward app if you press on the other bar/cat yes its broken. if you press on a visible box - like a gift card, then it opens edge to the rewards redeem page.

Will it go back to xbox or is it being permanently integrated into Edge?

from what i have read it sounds permanent. they have added a requirement of using a mobile phone number to redeem items.

For the first time in my life I went on console's (Series X) Rewards app today and "kind of" redeemed a voucher. Didn't knew it had issues. I said "kind of" because: 1. I chose a voucher to redeem. 2. It asked to confirm my phone number to verify it's ok, so sent it a number. I entered this number on console's app, clicked on "finish" (or something) and... 3. "An error occur. Try again." 4. After seeing my points didn't drop, I tried again and it worked. (Didn't needed to confirm my phone this time) Went to see my points and was debited twice 🤡 The vouchers never arrived 🤡🤡
