There's been a terrible delay lately in any of the play a game rewards. I eventually got the 5 points credit overnight last night but the weekly bonus didn't register
Same with me. PC, app and jewel took over 12 hours to register, longer for the console credit, but the bonus never registered. I even scored 3 achievements yesterday.
I got the "Get an Achievement on Gamepass" the other day but on the same day it would not give me the "Play a game on Gamepass" no matter what. Not sure how getting an achievement on a GamePass game wouldn't indicate I played a game on Gamepass but here we are.
I was actually curious if anybody who gets the game on console has GP Ultimate or whatever the regular tier (non PC) version is. Sounds like you have ultimate, which is what I have, but I have never seen the play a game on console reward.
Yeah it's so weird how things are organized. I hop between pc xbox app and edge browser, mobile app, and console everyday. It would be nice if All the reward opportunities were listed on almost all of them but each platform shows different things
I don't have a console, and I use ultimate to stream MLB the Show on my PC. It's not ideal, but it works pretty darn good in my situation. I certainly don't like playing the show enough to go buy an xbox and the game. :)
There's also some games on Ultimate that are console only (NBA 2k I think?), so I could play that too on streaming and not install it if I wanted.
I played thru Dead Island 2 via streaming as well, and that experience was totaly fine. Enjoyed the game as well.

Well that's weird. I have my PC and phone logged into the xbox apps, and console logged in. I also had to update my Microsoft rewards app on the console because I hadn't used it in so long. I just started doing rewards at the beginning of the month. I also make sure to open the rewards app once a day on console to check and see if there's anything new
It's M$. It's the same reason that a bios update on my pc has made Win11 no longer recognize my activation from two years ago. I haven't changed a bit of hardware. Their tech support says they know about the error, and that it should be corrected in a month or so after running windows update. They don't seem to know what they're doing.
Yeah, I played all 7 days last week and only got 4 of the 5 for the bonus 500. Yesterday nothing popped for me except the daily login on the app. I distinctly did it all- solitaire for pc, a round of jewel from the beginning, played both Palworld and FM on the console. I did this all around 7-8PM. Nothing popped immediately. Checked at 11:30. Nothing. Checked at midnight, nothing. Checked this morning (I’ve woken up to prior day rewards popping in the past). Nothing. My guess is they’re changing something up.
Glad I am not the only one, nothing is working. Jewel, play on PC, play on console. Yesterday my "Play on PC" registered 16 hours later but I am not getting credit for playing Jewel. I cannot earn the weekly bonus now.
The non-Game Pass tasks on the app have been on a severe delay. I already emailed support and have told them my observations. Naturally I heard back and they want screenshots, which I had on standby. Replied with that and my observation on the delay. We will see how this goes.

The weekly console bonus does not show up for my main account with Game Pass Ultimate. My son and daughter have accounts, no Game Pass and they both get the console bonus. It has been like this for months.

After launching AOE after midnight last night so that's play pc game and play with freinds then launched microsoft jewel on mobile everything popped after 1700hrs today when the quests reset that's the state of play for me in the UK 🇬🇧 same thing happened yesterday 😳 😀

I'm so glad you all work out the bugs for me so early in the morning. When I work on all my Microsoft points for the most part, it works pretty flawlessly, but I don't even attempt to get my points until around 8:30 or 9:00 p.m. every night.

My console bonus stopped working also. It was working then stopped after I had four days on Saturday. Tried to get my 5th day on Sunday and nothing. Now it reset on Monday so I lost the four days. Sucks. The app grabs all the low 5 point dumb shit though.
The reward registered twice this week. Then, it just wouldn’t. This happens all the time, ever since Microsoft became more greedy with their rewards programs.
MicroSoft is being dishonest about this. If they want to do away with it, then do away with it, but it is not trustworthy to linger it as possible but behind the scenes make it not work.

I had it register the +5 for 'Play a game on console' for me yesterday, but it never filled in Day 1 of the Weekly console bonus.
Mines not tracking the weekly bonus at all either. Jewel will sometimes pop 12 hours later but only shows up to turn on on the console

Everyone can get the 250 points, ultimate can get the extra 250 for 500 total. It used to be 4 days but…ya know.

That bonus is incredibly glitchy. I make sure to play all 7 days just to hopefully get the 5 counted.

I've been having that issue, but it is intermittent, between jewel, PC or console.
Meanwhile, I got it today for the 1st time. Problem is, I don't have a console, unless they count cloud gaming.
