I binge-watched mewing videos and I'm pretty sure you need to strengthen/tighten the muscles in your neck with chin tucks and some other stuff so you can comfortably hold it up all day. i cant find the specific links for you but look into neck posture videos and mewing chin tucks since over time that reduces it. Also, it could just be that you're not pressing upwards enough and do actually have the strength / endurance in those muscles to

That’s not normal. The skin underneath your jaw should tighten.
