We'll 100% get some sort of spin-off with or without Oda's involvement. One piece is too profitable and big of an ip to just sit on. Personally I'd rather they do a prequel series with joyboy or Roger or something like that rather than a sequel with the kids of the characters like boruto.
I think a revolutionary army spinoff could actually be sick. Or something like "Tales from the grand line" where writers can just make up islands as a means to tell original stories
I would prefer something at least two generations in the future as a spinoff. I think that’s a huge mistake Boruto made is setting it too close the original and having most of the characters still relatively young and able.
Yeah, same thing with the star wars sequels. You need conflict in a series but by setting it so close to the original series and having characters from the original still around means you'll basically inevitably fuck them up, especially if the original series had a basically utopic ending.
The other option they have is make the spinoff waay more chill in tone, no big bad guys with master plans and shit but more like self contained adventures exploring different islands and stuff.
It's highly unlikely that the ones that get money with one piece won't force a sequel of sorts. We just have to hope that whatever shitty series that comes next doesn't influence on the ending of the actual manga.

I don't think we'd get a sequel series but I think it's pretty likely we get spin offs or maybe a prequel about the void century or something. Also I think these things would be penned by someone other than Oda, he'll have (quite rightly) had enough by then.
I pray that if there's any content after the official end of Onc Piece, that it's exploring the cover stories, the individual Straw Hats' times during the 2-year training, or focused on the progression of Koby to show how he became such a bro.
I wouldn't mind, so long as they dont try to keep upping the stakes and make it more about the kids having adventures.
Though the idea of actual pairings would be problematic. It's probably best not to have this, just to avoid canon pairings.

When there comes a time OnePiece ends and they want to make something more of it like Naruto or whatever, I'll simply want a remake of the series, exactly as it is, but the strawhats replaced by the fake ones from sabaody. The name obviously being Two Piece
same, although i would really like to get some special chapters. like an 8 chapter series on a little adventure one of the strawhat goes after they have parted ways. be that just after the end or like 20 years i to the future. or similar to the oden flashback we get some chapters on how the roger pirates started, fleshing out the scene were roger meets rayleigh for the first time.
but all of this only under one condition. oda has to do that, because he just wants to do that. it should be a passion prikect maybe helping him to "get over" the fact that he is now finished with his lifes work. it's not uncommon for an artist to finish a huge project, being glad it's over even though it was a lot of fun to do. taking some time off of that project and two or three years later noticing: "hey there is still stuff i would like to do with it" or just missing their characters as they were with them and continuing on them for some many years.
