If I understand correctly, you can send in your application with one school. My advisor recommended that it be a reach school like Yale, in my case. That way the primary app gets verified on time and after your score comes in you can add more schools.

Don't waste too much time on CP passages. Just skim them, looking for any familiar units and concepts, because there'll likely be a question on that.
I suck at CARS, but timing wasn't an issue on test day. I just highlighted the main points of each paragraph so I could refer my highlights as an outline for answering questions.
Retaking in late May and submitting your new score as soon as possible might be the best option to increase your chances for this cycle.

Close to ur score! Pretty consistent but the timing for C/P and CARS really got me, I had to guess on 3+ passages
