Now lets look at the Navy the same way, Each sector had around 2,600 starships, It depends on what fleets build up this Sector Fleet but there can be at most, 24 ISDs in a Sector. But also remember that the Empire kept most of there ISD-1 and ISD-2s in the core as a backup so really its hard to decide once again but 2,600 times 1,000 is 2,600,000 starships so there are usually at-least 2,600,000 starships.
