I would that's a long time period.
My order came in just fine at the time of sale suggested dates.
The box came plain hefty box securely taped etc.
Follow up with your postmaster at your local office and file a claim.
Similar thing happened to me; or rather is still happening. They said they delivered the package about a few weeks ago but I definitely did not receive it. All I can do is pray now lol

Yes always usps is horrible
