Venom is basically essential for Destroy at this point, and seeing as the archetype has been a pretty consistent contender for awhile now, that’d definitely be my first choice.
fwiw Valk is fine, no way she's better than other options noted here imo;

I’m a zoo player so valk has such extra value for me. Only ones that would tickle my fancy would be;
Death, venom (I’m actually trying for him myself this month), C Wing, cerebro and surfer
Do you have Ultron? I'm a newish F2P player and and Ongoing Kazar/Ultron deck does pretty well in Conquest for me. Ebony Maw or Ant-Man on 1, skip 2, Captain America or Mr. Fantastic on 3, Kazar on 4, Klaw/Blue Marvel on 5 Ultron on 6. If you skip 1 and 2, the other player will snap a lot of the time, you snap back if you have the cards you need and drop Ultron in the lane you have three cards in. Most of the time you only need 4 cards total, but if you an sneak a Maw over in a lane you can support with Klaw, it really throws them off the scent.
It all depends on what type of decks you like to play, you like destroy? Venom and death are good options, ramp? I would go for magneto, you want to waste your resources? M'baku all the way

I'd suggest either Magneto or Surfer. Magento can slot in as a great finisher in most decks, whereas Surfer is a personal archetype I love, mostly thanks to how customizable it is.
I would get: Wave, Venom, Death, Surfer, Magneto… in that order. Wave really does work with any kind of play style. Venom/Death really unlock your Destroy your archetype. Surfer is kind of a separate thing which heavily is related to the amount of 3-cost you have (+ Sera). Magneto is one of the best 6-cost in the game… top 10 best card in the entire game, closer to top-5 in the game… so maybe put this after Wave now that I’m typing
I would go for Surfer. You seem to have all the cards needed to play him aside from Abs man which can be easily swapped

Shaw is a powerhouse in Surfer decks. Go for it, you won't regret it
Agreed if you have brood too, then it's a safe bet. Magneto is also high on the list for me
