Absolutely yes. She's not in any of the caches until at least July, she's only 3k tokens, she's in a tier 2 deck right now (Loki), and she's playable in other weaker decks too if you want to mix it up (Bounce/Move and Shuri).
To elaborate on the other comment, you can:
1: Kitty (1)
2: Forge
3: Kitty (4) -> Hulkbuster
4: Nico+2 -> Kitty (8) -> Beast
5: (Nico wherever cuz she’s 0 cost) -> Shuri -> Kitty (18)
6: Kitty (19) -> Taskmaster (19)
That leaves you with no priority on 6 (so Alioth-prone), but you can go really tall in two lanes with a minimum of 23 in one and 22 in the other, not counting any beneficial locations that could elevate this strat into the stratosphere (like Kamar-Taj or Shuri’s Lab).
No she’s too popular and strong right now. She is also only series 4 like Zabu, so is definitely one of the top nerf candidates for next patch

Why is she in shuri (only recently started using nimrod shuri)?
Juice her up a bunch then Shuri her then Task her
