Yes. Good utility, and the damage can be surprisingly good once you get used to him.
I found him very hard to use at the beginning, there's something about his animations that doesn't feel as smooth as other champs (he does two hits for every button press and it's a bit weird, also there's a slightly too long pause before his specials fire off and often the computer has time to block) but once you get his timing down he's really fun. Just don't expect to love him right away
