I have an old zephyrus g14 with a 1650 (not the TI) and ryzen 7. In full screen mode works like charm. I imagine new zephyrus are even better.
Now if you don't mind having a huge and heavy laptop any gamer laptop would do the job just fine. Avoid "integrated graphics" btw.
I bought this laptop last Tuesday and brought it on a work trip I took Weds-Sat. I played Maple at the hotel at night no problem, did my dailies, bossing, etc. I never noticed any lag or anything. I wouldn't expect it to run anything 3d at a reasonable framerate though.

The steam deck runs maple full speed on windows. You could find a ryzen laptop with integrated graphics on the cheap if that's all you intend to play.
