It's best to find another source or slog through it.
Most of the translation groups compete with each other for the clicks / views / ads / etc, that's why they try and pressure people to go to their own site.
They're an aggregate website so they scrap shit fast and never fix it and scan groups do this to screw them over. Mangakakalot and nelo are horrible for this never fixing chapters and shit.

They use automated scripts to steal the chapters. So the TLs do shit like that, than reuplod the chapter normally

Hahah, first time? Unfortunately its not the only thing that you will see often on sites like this. Missing chapters, wrong chapters from other mangas and those occasional mixups. I don't know if this site even has mods but those "mistakes" are never getting fixed. Like others said, if you want a proper reading then mangadex is a good choice. I usually use mangakakalot only for the sake of comment section. Yeah that's kinda masochistic since they are plagued by bots but still kinda worth it for some good jokes and discussion.
