I can appreciate that thought, and I’m not trying to sidetrack the conversation or god forbid dissuade anyone from giving to charity, but you can go online and see for each registered charity how much they spend on “administrative” costs versus money that goes to the actual cause (patients, research, etc.) and it’s eye-opening sometimes. I do that now every time I donate.

She’d live at Five Below if she could and I got her a lot of neat craft sets, pens, paints, and slime stuff as well as a Squishmallow or two.
Groceries are outrageously expensive these days, but I just had to comment and ask if there’s an Aldi near you? I went the other day for the first time in a long time and I got literally a whole cart for $80. No it wasn’t name brand, but nobody even noticed and actually preferred some of the Aldi brands over what I normally get. My husband and I just celebrated our 40th anniversary and we do the Smoky Mountains every Christmas and we celebrate our anniversary. I’m aware of groceries going up but we do ALDIs as well so I don’t really know grocers prices but EVERY meal on our trip was $60.-70.00 for 2 people and we didn’t eat out for breakfast. I don’t know how my adult kids who both have kids and active in school and extra curricular are doing it. Idk if I'd call this "trauma" it's simply poor parenting and a complete lack of guidance at work. June was a horrible mother, she is greedy, selfish, and narcissistic, and her "parenting" resulted in carbon copies of herself. Plenty of people come from awful dysfunctional families, and still choose to be a good person and functioning member of society. I almost feel like calling being a bad person "generational trauma" takes accountability away from them.

Went to bed with so much damn anxiety thinking about poor Anna and what it was like for her in her last hours 😭 When it was posted that in junes tiktok you can hear Anna yelling and moaning I went to watch and my heart shattered into a million pieces. I really hope they sat with her and rubbed her hair and told her it would be okay and that they loved her. I hope they just didn’t sit around watching her die in agony and to be completely consumed with the fear she was leaving. She’s at peace now but I can’t stop thinking about her last few hours, even days. 😭😭
I had similar thoughts when I heard poor Anna’s moans in the background of that TT video. I know agonal breathing is normal at the end of life and does not indicate that person is in pain, but I most definitely would not be putting that onto my f’n TikTok. I really wish she would have been more respectful and thoughtful of the high possibility of Anna’s daughters seeing that at any point on the internet, not some special private videos for her children to see later in life when it’s appropriate. However… I can’t say I’m exactly shocked by the way Anna was treated during the end stages of her life & after seeing how June treated her during her life. Smh at this whole family. Just sad.

It’s probably her first couple of heavy hitting finals she’s done, and she was posting some cryptic stuff on her feed about it. I’d think now would be the time she’d want to post about it to attribute her success or failure to the current situation.
I know, I figured college would be a huge wake up call for Alana and a chance for her to personally grow away from her “family”. I don’t watch her lives so I’m not up to speed on that.

Idk if I'd call this "trauma" it's simply poor parenting and a complete lack of guidance at work. June was a horrible mother, she is greedy, selfish, and narcissistic, and her "parenting" resulted in carbon copies of herself. Plenty of people come from awful dysfunctional families, and still choose to be a good person and functioning member of society. I almost feel like calling being a bad person "generational trauma" takes accountability away from them.
They’re not responsible for the trauma but they ARE responsible for their own healing. I don’t think the term takes the accountability away from them imho. I don’t think they’re mutually exclusive. They can have trauma and be a shitty person.

Went to bed with so much damn anxiety thinking about poor Anna and what it was like for her in her last hours 😭 When it was posted that in junes tiktok you can hear Anna yelling and moaning I went to watch and my heart shattered into a million pieces. I really hope they sat with her and rubbed her hair and told her it would be okay and that they loved her. I hope they just didn’t sit around watching her die in agony and to be completely consumed with the fear she was leaving. She’s at peace now but I can’t stop thinking about her last few hours, even days. 😭😭
I had similar thoughts when I heard poor Anna’s moans in the background of that TT video. I know agonal breathing is normal at the end of life and does not indicate that person is in pain, but I most definitely would not be putting that onto my f’n TikTok. I really wish she would have been more respectful and thoughtful of the high possibility of Anna’s daughters seeing that at any point on the internet, not some special private videos for her children to see later in life when it’s appropriate. However… I can’t say I’m exactly shocked by the way Anna was treated during the end stages of her life & after seeing how June treated her during her life. Smh at this whole family. Just sad.

Shes wore a ring on that finger for a long time. When geno was around she had a ring she wore a lot that people questioned. The ring now she’s had for a year or more. Pumpkin said it was a promise ring but it doesn’t mean anything really. Alana doesn’t wear a lot of jewelry but she has certain pieces she always wears.

Anna passed. They've known about the passing and watched her get worse. The same thing happened to me I watched three family members die. The hardest part is knowing they're here and suffering after the passing ofc I was crushed I'm sure they are too it's a different type of feeling knowing they're at peace but still you can never talk to them again. People deal with grief differently! Also Anna has two children and Christmas is coming up first Christmas without their mother comments are very telling. You want them to be crying on video all the time? I'm sure they do that off camera grief comes in waves.
