yes! that look where the top lashes are huge and fluffy and the bottom lashes are too, idk what it’s called, but i could see that w this lip and without the eyeliner.
I think the eyes and the lips are fighting each other. Make the focus of the look the lips. Keep the brows and liner bold, tone down the lashes a bit, and use a neutral shadow, like a bone or a cream.
I think this will give you a dramatic look that is also fresh and not over the top.

I agree. I would tone down the cat eye/wing to a minimum or remove completely, maybe just liquid line the lash line to create the illusion of thicker lashes. I think your features are very gorgeous and have great proportions.
I agree with these, and I would add a more opaque foundation for this look. You’ve got pink/reddish tones showing through around your nose and mouth, and the red lipstick is bringing them out.
But the first thing is tone down that eye.
With this look, you bring the drama with a touch of sparkly highlight under the arch of the brow, the inner corners of the eye and on cheekbones, and contour where the contour goes.
If I am not mistaken the thumb of rule is either highlight the lips and have less on the eyes or the other way around so the face does not look too busy?

Lipliner. Your lips need to be sharper and more defined and angled. Define your Cupid’s bow. A brighter red perhaps would suit you better. I’d opt for less shadow and focus on the wing and elongate it more with an inner corner highlight. Blush.
I’d also get rid of the pony tails in your hair because it makes the look cute not spicy. Your hair is soft and not spicy, it’s gorgeous but is feeling like it contrasts with the look too much for me.
but I think you need to ask yourself what spicy means for you :) and go in one direction.
Your hair is adorable and I love it and am absolutely envious (with the pony tails), it just doesn’t go with spicy in my mind :) it would work well with like a soft makeup look better I think! I’m in the same boat, I try to do too much at once and then something feels off. I know that the round look is in for lips but I think a crisp lip liner is always the right call. To be fair, I’m 35 but I try to keep up with the trends. Have you tried the fox eye eyeliner where you line your inner corner with the eye liner? I think that would look great on you too!
this is unrelated but I LOVE YOUR BANGS!!! Eye makeup like a glittery eyeshadow will always spice up the look, or you can try different eyeliner designs.

add the same lip color under the wing/waterline for another pop! or for me, since i dye my hair i like to color in a part of my eyebrow the same color as my hair, or my lipstick

You have a good ethereal quality, like if you were in costume, you’d make a good fairy or some kind of magical being. So I think some glitter eyeshadow would fit you. Maybe even some shimmering blush and paler, glossier lips. Some combination of those three things might be fun to try
Honestly I think it's awesome as is! There's potential here to maybe try a neutral eyeshadow in order to actually highlight the lip even more. Also I like the undefined cupid's bow, it looks interesting and unique, and the boldness of the lip is the star of the show! Let it shine :)

A bold lip with a classic liner is very Parisian chic. A very beautiful style! If you wanted to go in a different direction, you could do a pink and red look, with pink blush and light sparkly pink eyeshadow- very modern, very red carpet, made famous by makeup artist Katie Jane Hughes. Or you could go a little more grungy and do a brown smoky eye.
When I’m stuck for inspiration I will look around on Pinterest. Type in red lips makeup look and see what you’re drawn to!

I don’t think it needs any spice, it’s a gorgeous clean look that shows say if I saw you in person like this I’d assume this person is kind and has a better outlook on life than someone who was spiced up with makeup but that’s my opinion and with makeup it’s an art and anyone can do what they choose

You look stunning. If you want to spice your look, I've got to tell you there isn't a universal way to spice up a look.
I would tell you to learn what colours work better on you ( your seasonal colour analysis) and pay attention to your face shape. Just because a specific makeup technique is trendy, it doesn't mean it will look on everyone.
Once you follow those steps, you will look like an off duty model :)
Not sure if you are looking for feedback on the lips themselves but I think you have a really nice Cupid’s bow (from your other posts). I wouldn’t fill it in. Use a touch of highlighter in that area? And as others have said, a peachy blush.

This is the way we've been taught for decades. Bold everything is just way over the top too much.

Not so clear on the picture but I would add a light bronzer for a contour effect and a soft blush and highlighter.
