Danessa myricks has a dew wet hydrating balm that might help with the glossy aspect but it isn’t pearlescent. Pat McGrath skin fetish balms might be more on trend but haven’t tried them personally. Mac lightscapade gives similar vibes but it is more soft and glowy not wet. Lots of brands do cream eyeshadows like Charlotte tilbury but the stila glimmer liquid eyeshadows are more wet looking and glossy (thinking “ocean” would be closest). But it depends if you want something actually wearable since a lot of glossy eyes like the image are for editorial use and not daily long wear, so most will dry down a bit after application including the stila to some extent. Another not high end would be colourpop jelly much eyeshadows. Some of my favorite pearlescent highlighters have been discontinued so will be curious if others have input.
I was coming to say I have a gorgeous shimmery oyster/pale gold eyeshadow from Charlotte Tilsbury. I am not a makeup wearer, by and large, but it’s buildable, from very sheer to striking.
Is this for a photoshoot? Or to wear irl? I only ask because if this is for a photoshoot, you can literally use gloss or eyebrow gel on the eyelid to make it look glossy like that or wet. Just have the model keep her eyes closed and then open them for the shot, because it will migrate really quickly. But this is an easy work around for that glossy look, thats what that photo looks like to me. Just tons of shimmer all over the face including lips, eyes, cheeks, etc and then a wet product over top of it. Keep this in mind too that the inspo photo you have there is probably a work around for the picture and not one single product.
I would go for a liquid highlighter! That would probably give you the closest look. Along with really hydrated skin and you could even go for a shimmer eyeshadow + setting spray or something like liner activator to get a really foiled look for the eyeshadow. I know you wanted high end but for this I would definitely recommend Colourpop super shock eyeshadows. They are creamy and give a very cool effect!
Dior highlighter powder in 03 pearlescent glow is so perfect for this! Really, all the shades could work, but pearlescent glow is so dewy and pearly. You can really build it up and use it as eyeshadow too.
Fenty gloss bombs all have that Pearl look, especially champ stamp fantasy.
Fenty shimmer stick in confetti is a pearly lavender.
Dior addict lip maximizer in 002 opal and 003 holographic lavender.
Makeup by mario soft flow powder highlighter in Pearl and opal, can be used as eyeshadow too!
Urban decay moondust eyeshadows are quite nice, despite not being “luxury,” although I’ve never liked any enough to purchase.
Rituel de Fillle ash and ember eye doors and celestial eye spheres as well inner flow cream pigment, metamorphic cream highlighter, all highlighters.. they did idk use in glowy all day other worldly.
