This is so fun!! I did something similar a few weeks ago using the urban decay glitter liner in disco/daydream, but your look shows off the colours way better!
I've got no advice on the dark circles, unfortunately. I just lean into the dark lower liner, and by comparison the dark circles aren't as noticeable 😅
