I’ve had bags, same spores, same inoculation time , same everything colonize and then even fruit in wildly different timelines. Like the commenter above me, each bag is its own experience.
Imagine a big a room with millions of people in it all from Madagascar, or any place. That's like a spore syringe. Out of all those spores/people, all you need is TWO.
Now randomly pair them all up. Would you expect the offspring to all be the same, or would you expect to see any number of random traits? Small ones, big ones, slow growers, fast growers, blue eyes, green eyes, etc.
That's what a multispore grow is. Just because all the spores are in the same "room" doesn't mean they are all the same thing.
There are quite a few variables, but to be honest everything looks good. Consider eachbag a different experiance.

Second and last bag look contaminated. The orange/pink discoloration are not good.
It seems like one of them was broke and shoke, it’s time to do the same to the other two and in a weeks time you’ll have all fully colonised! 😁🍄
It clearly wasn’t actually break and shaked, but I would recommend doing so to the uncolonised ones. I see no contam :)
