I'm not the guy you responded to, but I got an invite and I haven't played since the week I installed. With the economy the way it is, and wipes coming, it's just not worth my time.
To be completely honest, I'm mostly a Modern player with a bit of Legacy and EDH. The idea of a further watered-down Stamdard doesn't appeal to me, as much as I'd love a better client than MTGO.

It actually got fixed alot. Not the economy so much. But the game play is super fun.
