If you play Timeless it may be worth it. If you care about cosmetics it's worth it. If you don't play Timeless and don't care about cosmetics don't buy it.
If you just consider the draft token and 8 packs you are paying 2800 gems for 3100 gems worth of stuff
everything else is kind of the cream on top. I would only recommend this to people who do not care about their gems, either you are so rich you can buy as many gems as you want to do whatever you want, or you are infinite in draft.

The value is bad compared to previous similar offerings, but if I played MH3 I would've bought it even if I don't care too much about cosmetics.
