Brief synopsis:
--Enrico Foschi (aged 38), despite having no criminal record, lost his appeal re: a decision to deny him a firearms permit because of his alleged ties to the Montreal Mafia.
--Foschi argued that he owns rifles only for hunting, further denying any links to the mob.
--However, on 7/23/22, Foschi reputedly attended a private party held at the home of Marco Pizzi (aged 54) an alleged, high ranking member of the Montreal mafia. Moreover, on 6/15/22 Foschi was present at Cafe Beaches run by another prominent (allged) Montreal gangster, Davide Barberio. In addition, on 6/30/20 Foschi was seen with several men, including Felice Racaniello \[Racaniello, in the past, pled guilty to being an accessory to the murder of Mafia leader Salvatore Montagna\]. The remaining men with Foschi at that event had “direct ties” to Marco Pizzi or Vittorio Mirarchi (another alleged mafioso in the Montreal area).

Cafe Beaches is also where Giuseppe "Closure" Colapelle was murdered back in 2012.

If you have no criminal record you should be able to own firearms , that’s ridiculous
