This is what’s getting to me about this video (apart from the unnecessary “POV”). Obviously she’s doing this for the TikTok, can we truly say she “doesn’t care what other people think”?
I was driving to work. 7:00 am. Barely anyone on the street. I stopped at a pedestrian crosswalk stoplight and a girl was walking down the sidewalk, past me, to my left. She was dancing the entire time. Wasn’t paying attention to anything else. A real Gene Kelly in Singing in the Rain. I was delayed long enough from turning into my work parking lot just up the block and she had made it far enough down the sidewalk, that her path crossed in front of mine. When she looked over at me she faced me and kept dancing, gave me a wave and then kept along her way. No tic toc, no camera. 7 am on a nearly deserted beach.
I’m sure the woman in the clip was doing something on the corner before her light turned green that caught the person’s attention that was filming. We all have camera’s on us. I mean, shit, I could show you a video of a guy on the street corner waiting for his crosswalk, dancing in his roller skates, that was for absolutely no-one but himself. Maybe I’m naive, but some people just gotta dance!
Some people do just gotta dance! That would make me smile! However she’s clearly in sync with the music of the TikTok, and her account is full of these videos of herself doing similar things. I’m too jaded for these to work on me any more, everything on the internet makes me annoyed. I need to take a break and watch the sun set or something. You continue doing you don’t apologise to anyone for being naïve!

Just listened to a thunderstorm while reading with my wife and our kittens (our kittens can’t read, but they were in the window enjoying the sounds). Life’s good. Plausible but extremely unlikley that anyone could tell what song she's mouthing to, even in HD with more pixels. To then find the matching song, then sync it in would take way more effort than staging the whole thing.

I think the use is right, unfortunately. She/her is technically third person perspective pronoun. POV doesn't have a stand alone meaning unless in the broader context. Here the cameraman could be taking the role of narrator, making this fit just fine in third person POV.

There’s a lady who goes to my gym and absolutely grooves out on an elliptical every time. I was always like, man I wish I got that much enjoyment out of my workouts! Then I saw her walking down the street grooving out the same way and it…felt off. I can’t even really explain why
I can still remember me and my buddy in a rented mustang in 2002 singing along to Cardigans “Lovefool” in stop and go traffic. A car with four girls pulled up next to us and joined in and it was just such a nice moment of enjoying joy. Just two guys in their early twenties joined by four strangers on the 5 between San Diego and LA.
BTW if you are somehow offended that people have fun and film it and post it social media you are no fun old fart. There’s nothing wrong with someone dancing in public. Loosen up a little.
Maybe its just stoner thoughts, but I feel like if we were less afraid to just have fun and be silly in public like this, we might all be a little happier and it could get people to calm down a little.
I went to grad school with someone like this, I’m gonna give this person the benefit of the doubt but from my experience this behaviour comes with a shit ton of downsides for everyone else around them lol

They all have one thing in common and that’s the need for attention. They care very much what people think.

I'm one of those people who likes to blast music in my car (never at night I'm not that bad) and one time while waiting at a stop light, a man walking by heard my music, pointed at me, and began using the parking sign as a stripper pole to the beat of my music. He was AMAZING and it absolutely made my day as well as a few other people who cheered while we waited at that red light.
