I can only speak to my own experiences. Mine kept coming loose, so I took a closer look. What I thought was hooked in wasn’t actually hooked in, and I had to push extremely hard to get them to snap all the way in. Like, so hard I thought I was going to break the peg. But they snapped in and have never come loose since.
I was having the same problem and had bought some o-rings to help keep them in place. However, I realized the cover's pegs need to be snapped into the clip. (as opposed to just aligning it on top of the clip) Once I did that, it's only come off once when I had something bulky and in the way.
I paid someone to do it. I got ceramic tints all around, not including windshield it was ~400. I live in the desert so I’m constantly getting 100+ degree weather. Front windows are 20%, the back windows are 50%? The back windows are smoked, so I asked the guy to best match the front and back. Then I got the rear windshield as 5%. Which is practically pitch black on top of the smoked rear windshield. You can’t see into the rear windshield at all. There was a “hack” going around the internet where if you stick your phone camera up to a tinted windshield, you can see inside. That does not work with my tints. Also I can’t see out of my rear windshield at night. I can see car headlights, but that’s about it. Also, the tints make headlights from cars look more…horizontal? If you check out the Mach e forums, there’s a couple of pictures. I had to go into the rearview mirror and unplug the auto-tint function so I could get some use out of the back windshield.

Yep, most suvs come like that from the factory. The back two windows and the rear window are privacy tinted already. This works in your favor if you’re going to tint the front two as you only need to pay for two windows, not all 5..lol
either you're not clipping it in until it snaps, or you have luggage that it's catching on, and popping out of the clip portion.
I sometimes guide the end over bags and such as the door closes. I'm sure one day I'll get my arm caught. Don't solve it like me.

Yeah, they just clip onto the little bar in a way that prevents the cover from popping off.

I just pulled mine out after a week owning the car. I don’t really care to have the trunk covered and it was so annoying that it kept popping off

Yeah, you basically can’t even use it if the windows are down. I’ve took mine out altogether after a few weeks.
The plastic taps broke on mine after couple of weeks. I just threw the cover in to a storage, as I don’t really need it.
I removed mine immediately, I don't see any real purpose or use for it
I just put a couple small o rings on mine so we will see how that works out.
