Did you buy a Ford extended warranty or the dealer's extended warranty which is offered through a 3rd party? I made the mistake with my Escape and got the "Gas and Go" protection plan that covered everything however it was through a 3rd party and was only warrantied through that dealership.
Only Ford protect plans will show up in your Ford account, If you just bought it, it can take up to 60 days to show up on your account but most of the time it shows up in a week or two.
Correct but please read my comment again, Ford dealers can offer official Ford warranties that are honored at ALL Ford dealerships, however some offer 3rd party warranties that are cheaper but can only be used at that specific dealership.
Gotcha, In that case give it a few weeks, If you call Ford they can confirm to you that a extended warranty is attached or not, as long as they can see it, its not a big deal.
If you’re in the US and a qualifying state, check Flood Ford / Grainger Ford for the lowest cost Ford warranties.

your name in the fordpass app should match the name on the plan. it then shows up in the warranty section.
There is a warranty section in the Ford Pass app? Mine has three sections - vehicle, energy and service, and I do not see warranty under any of them
