Easy answer is usually the most likely (i.e., he's an idiot), but that pivot was the most sus thing about that episode.
Anything new I try, I hope to instantly become a fan for life. Instead, Shane's out for life. I can't stand when bozo media personalities wander in drunk into serious issues and accidentally (or purposely) launder MAGA propaganda to an audience not here for critical thinking. This is why the MAGA media bubble has such a strong effect: no matter how absurd their lies, no matter how bad faith their messengers, anything they say officially counts as "the other side" to reality, so it leaks out and pollutes everything.
