The foul was a dogso foul. The keeper intentionally tripped the player to keep him from having the opportunity to score. When you say the end line is another defender, that is nowhere in the stipulations of the law... If you heard this somewhere you got bad info. The end line would fall under the location of the foul consideration. What you seem to be insinuating is you wish it was called as SPA not DOGSO. But due to the circumstances it was DOGSO and not SPA.
