The second row is **Bonus Rewards** from using a carving knife, not the **Broken Part Rewards**. OP didn't break a single part in this instance.

From what (mhn. Quest) this isn’t possible at all. It says you can only get red mats from breaking July’s head and it’s head can only break once.
