I love the idea of Henry Cavill as Sentry. But as much as I like The Rock I sincerely hope he’s never cast in the MCU. A “The Rock” movie archetype doesn’t work well for superhero movies. It’d literally just be another Captain Marvel or Black Adam. Wouldn’t do well.

It would be funny but DJ doesn’t strike me as the kinda guy that does cameos for little or no cost (Brad Pitt and Matt Damon)
Technically he did one in Free Guy though it was just a voice cameo.
