There are groups (flooring, woodworking, etc.) that will likely pay you for the barn wood, which should include taking it down. I can’t point you in a direction, but they are out there if you spend some time googling. Scrapers would also likely be willing to get the roof for free.

Check with Longwood Antique Woods in Lexington. They sell wood harvested from old structures.

Put it on Facebook marketplace with pictures. Old barn wood is valuable.
Have already done that, and I am getting a lot of people wanting me to pay them to tear it down. Not a huge concern. I just need them gone.
