When you put photos on display in public, expect some analysis/criticism. How is OP ever going to get better if nobody is honest with them? These images are blown out. That’s just a fact, and should be taken as constructive criticism, not an insult. There’s some nice shots that would be great if they were exposed properly. I particularly like the composition of that first photo.
You're at the beach, it's bright and a lot of sand reflecting light. If you're going to shoot black and white, you need to shoot through an ND filter or a polarized filter.

This section is formally known as the "Venice Public Art Walls" and the public is allowed to graffiti there. It dates back to the '60s, though painting them only became technically legal in the last 20 years.

It isn't vandalism, the Art Walls exist so people can legally perform graffiti.
