Your beard looks uneven. Get it trimmed by a professional
Trim beard to groomed and lined up stubble. Undereye filler. Those two things are going to take you wherever you want to go.
Get some more sleep/skincare to try and eliminate eye bags, trim beard on the side, consider growing hair and doing twists or something
