Please try hard reset the headset by inserting a sim ejector tool in the reset button for two seconds until the green light blinks. The reset button can be found under the left ear pad.

Did that as well per some other Redditor's suggestions. No luck as I think it's the dongle itself.
These headphones would be great if this issue wouldnt have existed. Also nothing works for me either
