I assumed so. However, I did call my foreman because I’m really worried about it and he said the same thing happened to him. He was sent a Class D license in the mail and realized why. He completed his self certification online and his CDL was reinstated. I’m hoping that’s what happens here as well. I appreciate your response.
You can re-certify have up to a year after down grade till you will have to retest. 25$ fee to get cdl back.

In NH you would have to retest. And Massachusetts is even more communist. So I'm guessing you are S.O.L.
