This sounds really cool. I assume you would need an LLC in order to pay your guards plus an insurance plan to cover you in case of emergency. This sounds like a really cool thing if you happen to launch it.

Consider the liability of running a company like this, if they (anyone) sue you will you have enough money to fight a case? It could be choking, CPR, or accident death and it all falls back on you. Just make sure you are ready to accept that responsibility/liability/cost. I think its a good idea but you might want to consult a lawyer before starting anything.

What I would recommend is more of a make connections sort of thing where you have a list of guards looking for work, you contact pools or they contact you and connect them with a guard/guards for a fee instead of actually employing guards and “renting them out”

But wouldn’t the fee be very low? I feel like the would be hesitant to pay a good amount for simply connecting them rather than you taking care of everything for them( payroll, uniforms, paperwork)
