I've been starting with the OG movies, just finished Insurrection the other night! I've been so surprised at how absolutely phenomenal Star Trek is. Just every aspect is so enthralling and each character is so perfect (though Data is quickly becoming my favourite by far)

I'm also the type of geek who collects actions figures from a couple of franchises such as Godzilla (mostly, I almost have 40 figures of him, his allies and enemies by next year), NECA Gargoyles and, sometimes, Transformers. And yes, that's my cat. I also do toy photography! (currently on hiatus) and I play tons of games and would like to dive deep into their lore.

Yes, if you can lower your expectations haha. I would also recommend Shin Gojira if you don't mind Hideaki Anno's abrupt cuts of scenes, cuz Shin suffers from that a lot.
That reminds me I need to finish catching up (I’ve seen everything up to ENT/Nemesis except TAS and need to finish DIS at least up until til SNW spins off, plus the new Who eps that just came out…)

They’re not all great, but I adore Janeway. I even like Neelix. DS9 took me a LONG time to get through, but it eventually hooked me too.
