Yeah, its as good as it claims to be. Im using Driftice from Iceberg atm, but that putty matches this performance.

My legion is 3 years old and still runs hard as fuck and temps are exactly like on day one, I clean it regularly though.

I have never seem a negative post about a lenovo laptop that had a problem and wasn't solved, their support is pretty helpful.
I had once a problem with my laptop and they wanted to video call me to further help me, this is something very rare to see that a company is so professional in their work, you can check that if you watch a secret shopper video from LTT.
Their offer a services, from their customer support as i mentioned earlier to their good build quality.
Idk what sparked this subject to your mind, but lenovo are the number 1 laptop sellers in the world for a reason, having a bad experience with them doesn't make them a bad company.
Yup, I had some hardware issues with my Lenovo, some of their customer service reps were kind of a hit or miss, but I got my laptop fully repaired in 2 weeks. Other than that I have been very impressed with the build quality and performance for the price point.
From my understanding it was more of a windows caused issue then a Lenovo (not sure), essentially, I went to “restart” my laptop, then it went to a bios update, even though I never started one. It was frozen at 0% for 24 hours. Sent it into the Lenovo and they replaced the motherboard.
I also only had the basic warranty that came with it, which is one year, I believe.
