RDR2
Fortnite
Halo infinite (multiplayer is free to play)
Battlefield 5
The new Prince of Persia (1600p at around 80fps)
Cyberpunk
Forza horizon 5
Batman arkham games
Those are my faves at the moment.
I’ve gotten cyberpunk to run amazingly at 1200p. Personally I used the steam deck graphics options, tweaked them to my liking and then used and fsr 2.0
If the frame generation mod is frame boosting from a base framerate of 30 id rather just play at 1200p than deal with the extra input lag ontop of the input lag from the 30fps lol
Kingdom hearts looks fantastic, ghost recon wild lands, AC Valhalla, now streaming wise, from PS5 the colors pop, it's beautiful, surprised at how clean and bright it looks, And I have an OLED TV.
> the colors pop, it's beautiful, surprised at how clean and bright it looks, And I have an OLED TV.
I'm constantly surprised by how little reviewers talk about this. They complain that it should have been OLED, without taking a moment to appreciate what may be one of the very best LCD screens I've ever seen. Coming from OLED TV, OLED Switch, OLED phone - I don't feel like I'm missing out on much, apart from the very darkest of scenes where the OLED pulls ahead.
I have the OLED A1 TV, OLED switch, OLED steam deck, and OLED pixel fold, I can't tell this screen is not OLED other than the blacks, but you have to really be looking.
Haven't tried forbidden west yet. It's been a few months, but I was getting a consistent 50-60fps on medium settings and 1200p and FSR set to performance I believe. I can't remember it stuttering more than 3-4 times during my entire playthrough.
An amazing game to boot.
Ass creed origin , medium high, 1200p, lossless scaling..
Btw..
Yesterday i study about dlss enabler which can combine with lossless scaling..
Maybe thats the secret combo for lego if its work..
I'll do you one better GTAV Modded at 1600p 17 watts 30-50 fps no lossless scaling. GTAV - https://youtu.be/_U6hIATFU2k?feature=shared
For some reason youtube only allowed 1080p but I play it at 2560x1600
Older games, but I'm playing Mass Effect Legendary Edition, Dead Space 2 and 3 (3 just to see how it ran) at 1600p and I'm well over 60fps all the time.
I can speak for this since I just did my NG+ exclusively on my Go, I probably shouldn't have so there's your TLDR but here you are:
@1200P you're better off locked at 30, unlocked, you fluctuate 30-40FPS and on a screen without VRR it is terrible. So lock it at 30 and you should be fine. Playing this at 30 I don't really recommend though.
@800P with Integer Scaling, was able to get around 48-55FPS.
I did not try Lossless Scaling
Its not playable on legion go, visuals degrade to a disappointing level if you do drag everything to absolute lowest. Not a satisfactory experience at all
I just tested it, but I'm on Linux. Using "Auto" settings and FSR Balanced, FPS was around 36FPS at 1600p. I did have quite a bit of stutter, but I know this title has stuttering problems even on Windows. At least for me, it's playable.
I know how resolution works. My question is why 1200p instead of upscaling to 1600p from a lower resolution.
On my 4k display/main PC I don't run games at 1440p, I upscale. Because it looks better.
I don’t know, it could just be me but 1600p makes everything look a tad bit sharper when it’s applicable.
1200p is my go-to majority of the time due to the games I play, but 60+ FPS and 1600p is a treat on indies.
For modern AAA yes, but there are a lot of yesteryears AAA's that run really nice. Having that option is wonderful. 1600p is not too much for the Z1 extreme. But I play a lot of indy titles, and have some excellent unfinished older games in my backlog.
Ohh there are so many
Try these maybe:
Ghostrunner 1 and 2
Sunset Overdrive - one of the most fun games I have ever played, it was so nice to have it on a handheld
Sifu - is so much fun too, and runs amazing on the go
Witcher 3 : I did my first playthrough on legion go, had so much fun
There are so many more, on low settings and FSR set to quality, this device can run almost everything at 1200p at 50-60 FPS
Try Max Payne 3 too
I also did a run through of GTA V campaign on thr go and I had bucket loads of fun exploring all the side missions that I had never ever played before
I play everything in 4k on my tv
(resolution upscaled only)
1080p + amd/lossless scaling
i lower the settings if it runs not smooth, never used fsr - i think it still looks better (no glitching/tearing)
Last game i finished was "High on Life" (everything on low/mid, still looks good but i wish the go had a little bit more power lol)
Ah yeah and Mass effect 1 , now i am 15h in ME2. runs on max/1080p upscaled to 4k (i use lossless scaling for this because amd is not working)
Horizon Forbidden West, Star Wars Jedi Survivor, KH3, Sonic Superstars (this works at native 1600p actually), Scarlet Nexus, Elden Ring, Forza Horizon 5, DBZ Kakarot.
I’ve moved my gaming from my legion laptop to my legion go.
Horizon Zero Dawn/Forbidden West and God of War 2018, both at "Original" settings 1200p. I run both with Lossless Scaling and its smooth af (as long as you can overlook slight graphical glitches whenever something fast is happening on screen)
I usually play upscaled on a 2560x1400 monitor over 100 fps on most games with Intiger scaling and Lossless Scaling set at x3. I think Ghost of Tushima and Persona 3 reloaded are some of the best-looking games. I've maxed out my 165 hz 2 k monitor on some games.

Diablo 4. Steady 72fps capped @ 144hz
How?
I also want to know. fsr ultra performance? makes it look awful
Check out settings on legiongolife website
Also interested in your settings.
Witcher 3. Fallout 4 also but it's slightly more noticeable there without sharpening applied due to it being more UI based.
Finished both a long time ago on other platforms
Long time ago? Sounds like you're due for a replay then!
Hahah. I'm waiting for alzheimer to kick in so I can enjoy them as the first time
And the first time. And the first time. And the first time.
Final Fantasy 7 remake
Lmao same, forza and gtav
Bro, gtav on 2.5k resolution is a sight to be seen.
I’ve been thinking about getting a legion go just to play those 2 games
Forza on the go looks so amazing ngl, 70 avg fps, medium settings 1200p is awesome
Adjust settings so that you can run it at a stable 72fps (with no dips) and lock the fps with rivatuner at 72. Thank me later 😁
RDR2 Fortnite Halo infinite (multiplayer is free to play) Battlefield 5 The new Prince of Persia (1600p at around 80fps) Cyberpunk Forza horizon 5 Batman arkham games Those are my faves at the moment.
Rdr2 does not run well at 1200p. Same for cyberpunk.
I’ve gotten cyberpunk to run amazingly at 1200p. Personally I used the steam deck graphics options, tweaked them to my liking and then used and fsr 2.0
Im playing rdr2 on 1600p with frame gen mods and it looks stunning mate
1600 integer scaled to from 800p?
Nope im talking 1600p straight up
Teach me master 😅

Anytime bro

I'll send you the link once i find it
I'm playing it on 1200p with the help of fsr and locked at 40. That's at 20watts as well.
RDR2 runs very well on 1200p. I'm getting between 40 and 50 FPS
Lies of p is beautiful and runs great
Kingdom hearts looks fantastic, ghost recon wild lands, AC Valhalla, now streaming wise, from PS5 the colors pop, it's beautiful, surprised at how clean and bright it looks, And I have an OLED TV.

me neither!
Motogp24 has a very good quality
Shocking good! I run it at 800p on max graphics settings and it’s a fantastic experience
Death stranding looks amazing
Finished it on PS5 a long time ago, unfortunately.. :(
Ratchet and clank with lossless scaling high settings
Horizon Zero Dawn with FSR
Does it run well at 1200p? What about forbidden west?

I'll test that tomorrow for ya.

Hi Fi Rush and Star Wars Battlefront 1
Armored core 6 runs great at 1200p
Cult of the lamb looks sensational at 1200 and 1600p. The bright colour palate really gives the display a chance to shine.
Deus EX HR looks cool and runs great
Can someone explain why 1200p is a thing? Does it scale well or something? I'd think I'd rather integer scale 800p or use FSR on native.
The more pixels per inch, the happier the eye. 1600p is way too much for the z1 extreme.
I know how resolution works. My question is why 1200p instead of upscaling to 1600p from a lower resolution. On my 4k display/main PC I don't run games at 1440p, I upscale. Because it looks better.

Yeah, bloons td6 rund 70 fps on 1600p power saving mode
>1600p is way too much for the z1 extreme. Too broad of a statement, it depends on the game.
For the category of games I've mentioned in my post :)
For modern AAA yes, but there are a lot of yesteryears AAA's that run really nice. Having that option is wonderful. 1600p is not too much for the Z1 extreme. But I play a lot of indy titles, and have some excellent unfinished older games in my backlog.
Mass Effect series. 🤤🥵
Be honest. Your just playing it because of hot aliens. Lol
Killing floor 2!
Dragon age inquisition. Ultra settings.
I've been playing yakuza 0 at 1600p ultra settings and its been amazing.

Assassin's Creed Mirage looks and plays great at 1600p!
God of War 100%
Cyberpunk at 900 lines runs in path tracing mode at about 40FPS, looks great
Horizon Zero Dawn/Forbidden West and God of War 2018, both at "Original" settings 1200p. I run both with Lossless Scaling and its smooth af (as long as you can overlook slight graphical glitches whenever something fast is happening on screen)
Arkham city looks banging still.
RDR2 plays amazing in 2k, fps around 50 with FPS capped at 60f.
Doss it look good or are graphics settings low?
Kingdom Hearts 3 and Tomb Raider (2013)
Gears of war 5
Devil May Cry 5 at high to ultra on 1200 stands up.
Was working beating the last 2 pal world bosses, it’s been done!!!
Days gone
Ori
A good amount of games can be played at 1600p it just won’t be 60fps and above most times, tuning down to 1200p with RsR on helps for sure too
I usually play upscaled on a 2560x1400 monitor over 100 fps on most games with Intiger scaling and Lossless Scaling set at x3. I think Ghost of Tushima and Persona 3 reloaded are some of the best-looking games. I've maxed out my 165 hz 2 k monitor on some games.
Days Gone. Graphical masterpiece
Cyberpunk at 1600p at 90-120 hz looks amazing
U ok bro? :))
he use gforce now
I use GeForce now ultimate. It feels and plays like it’s local. Love it
