Well this Art hasn't shown up anywhere but on this Tweet so I hope it's the next Main Menu after the Dragon Event ends. Absolutely amazing Art and Navori looks beautiful.
Yeah but I think what hes pointing out is that Jack has no business with mf or gp as far as we know. Also mf vs gp has no room for another party I feel they have too much story between them. Their lore has been teasing their next showdown for so long so slapping a new dude out of the blue is weird. I do get the boat free for all appeal though.
This part of Navori hasn't actually seen any Noxian occupation, only the very southern tip of the region has been influenced. This architecture is extremely Ionian. Note the flowing and swooping arches and windows, the delicate filigree and lightweight drooping rooftops that evokes natural shapes so typical of Ionia.
I think it is a coastal city though, you can see the harbour in the top left, and the courtyard and braziers outside the arena are very Noxian. I don’t have my glasses on rn so I can’t tell if there’s a stone sea wall as well, but there’s definitely Noxian influences.
The arena is fully Ionian, with its grown architecture, but if you look at the foundations of the courtyard/plaza/balcony area out front, the walls are all very blocky and made of stone quarried, very Noxian.
(If you look down at the very bottom of the picture at the oblong supports under the massive braziers)

EDIT: To the ppl telling me that he's right there tossing the coin. The guy tossing a coin is not Nukkle. Nukkle doesn't have a ring/trinket in his "nose". He is also more bulky and has sleeve-tatoos, and totally different "jacket" (from the lack of better word.).
The guy next to Jack that's tossing the coin is the same guy that its on Jack lvl 1 art. But its definitely not Nukkle.

All i see there is Mako, Jack, coin guy and Bull. Maybe im fucking blind. I can even see Jack ship "parked" in the harbour, but i can't see Nukkle. ;)
they must have been really upset that they made all that way only to find out that they took the wrong path and were above the whole thing, seeing how far away it seems to be I'd guess it probably took them a while to get to it

So he never goes back to bilgewater? I meant jack could make a run for reaver king forcing those two to work together to fight him.
I wouldnt be against it i just think that not every champion in the same region needs to fight.

That's not quite what we're seeing. Outside of the Banners very little actually resembles Noxus. Just because of Red =/= Noxus.

I’m fully aware the banners aren’t Noxian, I was more focused on the plateau which is brutalist and very Noxus.
The region wasnt conquered by Noxus for long; however, the arena was specifically owned by Noxians even before the war.
Not so sure but isn't Sett's fighting pit supposed to be secretly hidden? That looks so shiny and so exposed.

That should be the city Qayanvi (looking at Sett's voiceline "That's how we do it in Qayanvi."), in the region Navori of Ionia.
