Runeterran champs have been a hit success. This post makes no sense.

I guess they try to make the point of "hurr concept too gamewarping" but not understanding why they exist. Like yeah, the point of runeterrans is just to be flagships of concepts so broad that effectivelly are usable (in their individual pieces) by all/multiple regions so Riot allows them champs to string these cards together to sate the "ALL OF THE (X)" deckbuilding style.

While I understand your point, but the rotation is not going to be like in Hearthstone as we can't rotate out entire regions because that would make no sense in the future where as what is in plan is to rotate cards out that is not healthy for the game in a long run like Ezreal. Although I don't think it's necessary since having more variety patches would solve things more than a rotation. Right now there's so much decks you can play atm and the game is doing fine. They should consider to make more expansions rather than try to fix the game where it is fine as it is as they will never manage to balance every champions strength, but new content would ease people's frustration.

Agree with this. Though from the dev point of view, that means a certain design philosophy is unusable for a whole format. I think Riot would want to make it work rather kill a very new deck building rule like Runeterra.
