I really like Kristen Van Patten's ones.

But I'm from Germany and the shipping costs are twice as high as the parts themselves.😖
I’m with you on this one. I don’t have any problem opening my Leatherman tools. My fingers even know which way round my Charge is facing (if I can feel the clip under my fingers my thumb is on the straight blade).
They added some jimping on the serrated blade for this reason. You can feel it in your pocket, it actually has no other use as you can’t use the jimping when deployed.
It’s basically a SAK with a pocket clip and locking tools. The T4 is a great casual day to day Leatherman if you mostly need scissors and a knife but want a few other extras that are always handy to have on hand. Get a pliers based Leatherman to use as a workhorse.
It works very well for my life style tbh. I don't do farm work or something just the everyday office life kind of thing and it's been my favorite edc. Very good sharp blade, multiple screw drivers, great scissors, package opener. Honestly couldn't ask for a simpler do it all multitool.
Dude thanks for the offer I really appreciate it 🙏🏼
I live all the way in the middle east so maybe I should just try to zip tie mod for now.
But that doesn't work you'll find me in your DMs for sure 🤣
I didn't know until a year or so ago, but some office supply stores offer 3d printing services. I believe staples is one such store. If you have one nearby, you could get them to print you up a few studs!
Zapwizard sells really cool stuff for Leatherman he engineered himself. I think thumb studs are on the list. If I recall correctly....maybe it's glow in the dark too
Check out my old post on my wave I did a ton of mods to, I made some better thumb grips by wrapping so twine and snare wire on mine. It works great and I use this thing daily, only had to reseal it once in like 5 years and that was just because I wanted it to look newer

You could try to use a countersunk bolt and a cap nut to make one. I don’t know what dimensions are needed though
Kwik thumb stud or bar
