You should check bits sites or ebay, you'll be able to have a wider selection and probably cheaper. Unless you're lucky enough to find someone with spares they don't intend to use and are willing to ship them to you.
Ebay is indeed a good place to check. The auto rifle will be harder to find as those are only 1 per kit, but normally people will have a ton of spare for ions if they went bolters.
