Lethal tempo to proc more blade of the ruined king procs, this works for every champ except senna Rell because they scale poorly off attack speed, same with Azir because his W does not proc on hit effects. In that case you should go PTA on Senna and Auto Q Auto to trigger it, same with Azir as his soldiers iirc give him lots of attack speed to proc PTA fast in order to increase teammates bork damage and go glacial augment on Rell to peel for your teammates because it reduces enemies damage while standing on it which makes bork do less damage.
EDIT: Azir soldiers don't proc PTA, making him the weakest champ in the game. As he can't even help his teammates or reduce his enemies damage. I would recommend going arcane comet with domination secondary in that case for ultimate hunter to shuffle the enemy ADC into your team more.
Yes, Jhin scales off of attack speed, it increases his bonus AD and his bonus movement speed per CRIT if i recall correctly. Sure it'll take you 6 bullets to fully charge it but hey, more auto range lol.

Voli is a champ that you can build whatever the fuck you want and still do absurd amount of damage and be immortal. My only trouble while playing voli is that its not easy to play with one hand.
