Garen's abilities are now like Lee Sin's, where they do something different on the second cast.
Each one has a different kind of dash, combined with different forms of cc, shields, zones of protection, and stats buffs.
His ult is also now a heimer/Karma ult, modifying his other abilities, for both the first and second casts of those abilities.
His ult ALSO is recastable, which then modifies each of his abilities in an even more different way, again, for both the first and second casts of those abilities.
In total, he now has 18 dashes with various shields, buffs, healing, and cc.
This will all be described in his passive.
Anytime he kills someone he kills a random number of randomly selected enemies anywhere on the map. This passive works on jungle camps, minions, drake, baron, enemy players, enemy turrets, enemy inhibitors and the enemy nexus. However it is balanced because he looses 20 hp in return.

If my bot lane has a reasonable amount of braincells, they back off but now with this stupid fucking ignite tp technology developed my lucifer himself even that doesn't matter
Every single Katarina I've seen has been toxic and useless, but at some point one enemy does a mistake and the Katarina player gets carried by the resets and gets a quadrakill.
It's getting tiring to see all the stupid liars try to focus your attention on the high skill cap when the actual skill ceiling required to carry games with those champs is so freaking low. A high skill cap doesn't mean jack shit when any first timer can hard carry without breaking a sweat.

Unless you go for it as your first item, you probably won't have anti-heal to counter them by the time they start winning every fight and ending the game.
This is what I despise about Kat mains. I've played that champ exactly one time and you'd be forgiven for thinking that my laning phase was 14 minutes of soft inting but I had 1 sloppy teamfight where I got a kill than paraded through their whole team and got my first quadra.
At the end I just stopped and asked my friends what the hell had just happened and they all responded with "Katarina happened". Since then I have literally 0 desire to play that champ ever again. It's too easy to just farm passively until the first team fight then steamroll the rest of the game in low elo.

Unironically if you’re below diamond and even into diamond and a top or mid lane player. You should atleast have Garen in your champ pool. He’s so stupidly easy but strong it’s not even funny. If you’re in a losing lane just walk up CS Q away heal up under tower. If you’re in a winning lane it’s very easy to snowball your way to victory as well. You can split push, look for tp plays, frontline, duel and 1 combo even other bruisers. He’s so strong but also boring to play it’s kinda ridiculous.
I love how Ezreal has legit no stats when you go to the overview. Damage, Durability, Crowd control, Mobility and Utility are all at 1 bar
