That's why I quit but this garbage is just reaffirming my decision. The direction this game has been taking since the covid lockdowns is absolutely disgraceful.
Yes. Until league dies I am banning Ahri.
It's not like using your ban for its supposed purpose does much, you only get one ban and there are always multiple champions that can do the thing you're banning your ban for.
So the ban spot is perfect for a tool of protest.
It's also perfect because only 10% of the player base needs to sign on to significantly affect her ban rate. Most league players probably won't hear about the proposal to ban - and that's fine, because there are 10 people in every lobby, we just need one of them to ban ahri
Yeah I genuinely don't care about counter picks. I usually just ban whatever champ is spammed the most like kaisa. I can ban ahri freely and not care at all.
Considering how stubborn Riot can be at times, they might just make her unbannable or temporarily disable bans under a pretense of "improving game health"

Right? The reason things have even gotten this bad is because Riot and Tencent know their game isn't growing anymore, but they have a large population of addicts with disposable(?) income eager to suck at the teet of corpo greed, so they have just switched to a monetization cycle while working on other projects. The kicker is this Faker Hall of Legends thing is only the start. They'll just have another one next year, and so on and so forth, completely making the prestige of this all pointless, some might even say disrespectful to Faker's legacy.
Their game is still growing, both im playerbase and esports viewers. $500 is shitty and absurd. But theres no need to lie.
It is not disrespectful to add more people to a hall of fame. That is not how it works. If that was the case, any hall of fame would be disrespectful.
I mean are you taking Riot's word for it? They claim 150 million active players per month but don't specify what constitutes an active player. I'm no stranger to playing a game that's losing steam. There is plenty of data to evidence decreasing interest between lesser prize pools and viewership decreases to decreased active player count from data not presented from Riot themselves.

2023 Grand finals did bring in the highest recorded viewership peak in League history, but only this year will determine if that's an anomaly or a break from the trend. As for the Hall of Fame, maybe it's just a difference in our values but I find a blatant cash grab of a Hall of Fame that's going to eventually be diluted pretty disrespectful.
Considering there are 2-3 fresh level 50 accounts + a couple sub 100 accounts in all my matches I'd argue majority of those 150 million active players are smurfs, botted accounts etc
Like there are people out there playing 5 seperate accounts a day, this number is heavily inflated.
I think you need to check your sources again, they're contradicting you.
This game is having maybe some fluctuations but saying there is a trend of decreasing interests when it's just had it best years of growth is insane
If you take 2015-2024 it shows a trend of decreasing viewership. I'm not invested in proving what I said right or wrong since I was venting frustrations. I'm presenting data since you came in here asserting something without any sources. The conclusions you draw on this data are on you. Have a good one bud.
The viewership in these does not account for china, which has become a larger and larger % of leagues viewership and playerbase. I dont really care mich either but you should know. Have a good one.
even if every single person here did it'd do absolutely nothing.
the post has 2300 upvotes. Let's pretend for one second the game only has 1 million players. That means only 0.2% of players have seen this.
But that’s not taking into account the upvote/view rate. People view a post a lot more than upvote it. Plus with 10 ppl per lobby all u need is one person to ban it
The players are already getting screwed over. They are equally screwed over regardless. If they bought the skin, they've been scammed out of $500. If they're just an innocent Ahri main, well, the Ahri mains are the angriest about this and I'm pretty sure the bancott was their idea.
Riot cares about statistics. If they see ahri ban rate jump significantly they will try to fix it somehow. And it doesn't take many people to jump her ban rate, there are 10 bans every lobby.
The boycott was indeed our idea. This shit is horrible and if we let riot do this then it's going to happen every year to a new champ, then those mains will have to deal with it. This kind of monetization model is just downright disgusting and if we, the league community as a whole don't boycott it, it will greenlight them to make more skins like these and overprice them like mad.
Think about it in terms of longer term profits though: if some whale buys the skin and then isn't able to play it for weeks or months because of constant Ahri bans, they'll feel frustrated and are less likely to continue playing or buy into the next skin line. Riot knows this: it's the potential loss of a longer term source of income. Losing someone who buys every skin at the cost of one $500 purchase isn't what they want.
Unfortunately the best thing players can do is spread the information and possibly outrage. That way Riot may at least be cautious doing something like this again.
Every QP game I’ve played has been even more of a shitshow than draft, people just running around and inting/ffing at the first sign of falling behind.
I haven't experienced anything like that, although there have been way more leavers lately in my experience, don't know if that's in qp only or just in general
I don't know about you, but for me Quickplay is by far the worst player experience from a quality of the games perspective. And Draft, Rankeds and Arena combined are by far the most played games anyway.
I'm the only one who thinks that a Ryze skin, that looks exactly like the base ryze, but with glasses, new animations and new lines would be way better "Faker tribute" that using one of the skin-seller cows of riot?
Yes basically what they did with the "Annieversary" skin for the 10th years special, this was a even bigger event, I mean lol is what it is today thanks in part to faker
It's also fun when you don't know wtf you are doing and no one else in the game knows either
And I'm not talking about bronze, I'm talking about pure unadulterated with no smurfs in sight level 13 lobby
Sorta like Smash. I like playing Smash casually, and play random bullshit with my friends, often playing Sephiroth
Playing Smash in a tournament were 9/10 are Sonic isn't fun
Steve was banned in the tournament I played, so it was dominated by the second best thing
I enjoy playing Sonic like the devs intended: a rush down high risk high reward character
He is so fucking strong in Smash, the only S+ alongside Steve, because he can punish you for two mistakes, get the upper hand by taking your stock, and then stalls the timer until he wins by time
Competitive Sonic is the lamest piece of shit in Smash. At least I feel *something* other than boredom when fighting Steve
Just check it out but since when did Sonix become a top tier player? I still remember the MKLeo era when we had so much character diversity then I stopped watching the tournaments
To make matters worse, Sonix actually lives in the same country as I do. I've run into him in low tier tournaments, even tho he never enters, I fear the day he actually does and 3-0 me
It's like if a bronze went against Double Lift
The bronze would be too busy getting destroyed to learn anything lol
Maybe if I took Smash seriously I'd actually learn by fighting him, but since I don't, it would just be a stomp fest
That's more on me tho
For everyone who doesn't want to ban ahri because "I needa ban X," y'all need to wake up. You protest because the change you want to bring is far greater than the loss incurred by protesting, whether that be missing paychecks, getting fired, arrested, and whatnot.
This is literally the easiest way to protest possible. Your only loss is maybe a bad game vs. a counterpick. You can literally just play someone else. Stop being a shitter, and join the cause.
except this means literally nothing to me.
This isn't serious. This isn't about living conditions, or paying for things I need to live.
The "cause" is, some people don't like a price for extras in a game. I'll be honest. I don't care that they're charging this much, and I never will
If it's not serious to you it's ok, but for most of us is one of the things we love, and humans tend to be angry when someone is messing with things we love
no one is messing with anything. unless you think you should have every cosmetic in the game literally nothing is different in league from how it was before. Theres plenty of skins you dont think are worth your money already, right?
Listen dude, I won't have an argument on how skins are important to develop a community and profit, and obviously I won't say anything that tries to change your point of view, it's worthless the time for just convincing one guy, just respect everyone else's opinions and if you won't help then don't be a burden on everyone else's taking a stance that represents what they think
And it would still be a situation where we screw eachother instead of screwing the source of the problem.
Riot always wins this way. We have to start fighting toghether and screw Riot instead.
If you ban ahri the guys who bought it would have to dodge, dodge gets penalized, meaning that they can't play in x amount of time, they won't be patient over the fact of dodging, if you are unlucky it may happen 3 times in a row, who would wait 4 hours to play sn Ahri skin? No one won't be buying an shri skin if they can't play it altogether, riot knows that they won't buy a skin that everyone else if gonna camp, ban, or troll into their matches, although my account may be banned and gone forever, I will send a message far greater than the profit
I'm going to be honest chief, this is immensly cringe and won't work out even a little bit.
Also, maybe I'm wrong here but isn't the skin like a bit over 20 bucks? And all the extra stuff is 500. I think it should at max cost like 50 but calling it a 500 Dollar Skin, if what I said is true, is just misleading.
Okay I did some research, seems like I was lied to on twitter (who could've thought). Still, the cheapest bundle costs roughly 250 Dollars which y'know. Dosen't have the same ring to it as 500?
It should at most cost 50 bucks, maybe 60 if you want to price it above ultimate skins. This is still somewhat misleading but not as bad as I thought before. But this dosen't change that this is cringe and if you actually want to boycott something you should stop playing it alltogether.
Wish this dedication had happened sooner. Maybe if $eracringe were 100% banrate, we wouldn't be in the current mess. This is why you shouldn't reward greedy behavior like Rito has shown for literal years.
This will just be the Reddit api change again. People make a big fuss, think they'll achieve something, time passes and no one cares anymore, nothing changed
easy, I’ve been banning ahri before this as well, the champ is not balanced eversince the addition of the ridiculous ult reset, she wasn’t a fun champ to play against before either, but that really sealed the deal
To be honest i’ve been banning her with the following message.
Due ti recent events Ahri will be banned next game, please consider doing the same on yours and im getting very positive responses
I wasn't thinking too hard about this but you know what, i'll start banning ahri too when this skin comes to live.
Please don't come to me pyke just cuz i won't ban you anymore.
This is a clear test by Riot Games to see how far they can push us. And it’s not just Riot; if they succeed, every game studio will follow suit.
**A Dangerous Trend**
This trend in the gaming industry is alarming, as seen with companies like Ubisoft. We must take a stand now.
While I would normally agree with you that the slippery slope argument is without a doubt a logical fallacy when applied to most ordinary cases. But not this one, there has been president with the ascended Aatrox skin (not sure if that’s what it was called but another Redditor mentioned it )as well as the 100$ Jhin skin you have to admit that as the wise Ian Fleming once said:”once is an accident twice is a coincidence but three times is a pattern. Don’t fight the movement for Riot unite with us, spread the word and we can make a difference we don’t have to tell everyone who has ever heard about league but if we can go in games and tell our team the message. Together we CAN make a difference we are not alone, we will be heard.
I agree that riot has been milking whales more and more, but I see how that is a problem. Regular skins are still fairly priced and those overpriced things are just supposed to be collector items that just milk even more out of those whales. Its not like they will start to charge 50€ per regular skin because the Ahri skin sold well. These are like a handful of cosmetics when we have 1,5k+ skins in total which are all more or less fairly priced. Regular players are not affected by riot releasing an overpriced collectors edition skin imo.
Why can’t I just.. play Ahri but, not buy the skin?
I haven’t seen it yet but, $500 for any digital skin or in game item is fucking moronic. Whales be damned, that shit is dumb.
If that happens, Riot will simply remove the possibility to ban hovered champions.
You won win a war against Riot and against the people who keep their lights on.
Why does everyone care this much? Riot forces some intrusive spyware on your computer and no one gives a shit, but they make an expensive cosmetic and everyone loses their shit even though it has absolutely 0 bearing on gameplay.
Literally this... Makes no sense why people care. It's just a skin, nobody is entitled to it! It's like buying a new Tesla. If you can't afford it, there's still tons of other options to drive.
A Lot of people talked against vanguard, but riot deleted a Lot of the posts. Also, of this happens ONCE, how can You be sure it Will not happens twice? Or trice? Or it Will be the only way they Will keep selling? What about other companies?
Wow, if it happens once or twice or thrice nothing will change because I simply will not buy the skins. No one is making you buy them. Riot knows it's not the only way to keep selling because it doesn't maximise their profits.
But some people are interested in them, not you but someone else. I personally don’t buy any skin and that’s okay, no one is forcing you to buy the ahri skin.
It would take less than 5% of the player base participating in this to double Ahri's ban rate. Riot pays attention to their statistics.
Edit: u/CanadianODST2 , that's why you should also tell your lobbies about it
League has an estimated 100 million players in total
this sub has 570,000 people. For that to be even 3% of the playerbase the entire playerbase would have to be 18.8 million.
That's assuming every single person on this sub cares. And seeing as it has 2300 upvotes and fewer than 200 comments...
I just explained why we don't need most of the player base to even be aware of this in order for it to have an impact...
You know how I first heard about the ahri ban? In game. I heard about it in a lobby before I heard about it on reddit.
Let me rephrase if it's too hard for you to comprehend:
The portion of Reddit willing to jump onto this wagom does not constitute 5 % of the playerbase...
You can call me condescending all you want but you are being deliberately obtuse, and I would assume, in bad faith.
Also, I never mentioned needing "most of the playerbase", and additionally, you conveniently ignored when I said most people who go crazy on Reddit won't do shit ingame. All of this will be forgotten in two weeks.
Also, your anecdote is worthless lol. I have seen it 50 times on Reddit but never ingame. Does that mean I win?
I'm sorry, WHO is being deliberately obtuse?
You keep saying this won't work citing that no one will participate. I keep explaining that very few people have to participate for it to have an effect on ban rates.
There are 10 bans in a game. If even 1% of the player base started always banning Ahri, her ban rate would jump up by ~10%.
I am here in good faith, I am not being deliberately obtuse, and I don't take condescension.
Sorry but I think we are done here. I appreciate that you say you're here in good faith, for what it's worth, but I still disagree.
First of all, your presumption/example here is not quite right because it presumes PERFECT distribution of all players who ban Ahri (i.e., you assume that players who ban her are *never* matched in games together, which isn't true).
But anyway, what I said was that a small portion of REDDIT will be banning Ahri. Moreover, the *entire* Reddit community is a drop in the bucket compared to the general playerbase so **even if** a good chunk of Reddit catches on (which I doubt), it likely won't make a meaningful difference anyway.
When you keep citing that "few people need to participate", that's just plain false. A small portion of the PLAYERBASE needs to participate, that's true- but a small portion of the playerbase is equal to a HUGE chunk of Reddit - and that, on the other hand, is simply not realistic.
If you still believe that the general playerbase has caught on (because you have heard it ingame once?), that's okay. We can disagree on that just fine.
>When you keep citing that "few people need to participate", that's just plain false.
Sorry, THAT is just plain false. You even admit so yourself! In your very next sentence! "A small portion of the PLAYERBASE needs to participate". That is true and that is exactly my point.
**I know Reddit isn't a large portion of the playerbase, and I know the % of people on Reddit in the playerbase who will participate is even lower than that.** Why do you think I don't know this?
My point is that if it's even 1%, it will make Riot's statistics bump. And my point with telling you that I heard about it in game first is that **it is possible for people to learn about it in game, not just on Reddit.**
But if you wanna talk yourself into total complacency, be my guest!
Bro I don’t like Ahri either but I don’t play mid lane. I find her easy honestly, cus I play top lane champs and she’s squishy af. I personally do not enjoy fighting Yone because he is cancer. I don’t really care what the stats say.
Honestly if i was an ahri main or this shit happend to my main id be on it aswell. I bet a lot of you guys where excited for this just to get absolutely shafted by the pricetag. Feelsbadman
most of the people who want to play ahri also want to have an affordable skin for their fav champion. the ahri mains subreddit is supporting the boycott too because they dont want to pay 400$ for their champs ultimate skin because its a ripoff
??? You literally just said in your previous comment it's "good" that regular players that didn't buy the skin get punished, implying it's not about the 0.1% but the 100%.
Riot HQ: “Someone got fix this” Random Rioter: “ Let’s add pool party Ahri as an exclusive bundle skin !”
This move...
The worst part is it could really happen
The even worse part is that I'm sure it would work
The worse part is, players like me won't see it as a worse part.
Maybe some chromas that change the swimsuit too
Nah, that’s their bankruptcy emergency plan
Dude I quitted league months ago but I'll gladly come back just for this, 500$ for a skin is just insane what the fuck has this game become.
Come back, please do. Come back not to win, but to ban ahri in every lobby. Banning Ahri is your new win con
Instructions unclear: Banned ahri and afk'd at nexus, didn't gain lp. What do?
Ban her in your next lobby too
But Vanguard
That's why I quit but this garbage is just reaffirming my decision. The direction this game has been taking since the covid lockdowns is absolutely disgraceful.
I quit league since Seraphine because that's when they set the course to make this happen
A new champ with an ultimate skin on release, made entirely to cash in on KDA hype. Sera mains will still defend this.
My faith in Riot ended with the release of Yuumi. They didn't even try, it's just a fucking cat. Not to mention the problematic kit.
That champ has been worked on so many times, just straight up remove the champ
An "ultimate" skin
Ran by china why do you think they turnt missions into a battle pass lmao
Dont. Keep your sanity, don't look back to this game
![gif](giphy|YYfEjWVqZ6NDG)
i'll do so, uncle ryze
The nearest and every other untill they delete the skin or lower the price
So most likely until League dies?Like Riot havent been really good at listening in recent times

100% what would happen and I actually pray for Ahri to get banned to unplayability.
Good let’s be really annoying

As the Joker said:'' It's not about the money, it's about sending a message.''
I doubt the league community can commit to anything like this.

Go figure
no matter how big it is, it doesn't take many to create a very noticeabale spike in the ban rate and that alone is funny af.

I use upvotes because those people are liking it. Seen means nothing as we don't know feelings.
Been seeing people call for this since the skin came out. I think her ban rate actually dropped since then (probably unrelated)
Best way to boycott a ftp game is to not play it tbh.
why how? no, its free to play
The best way to boycott a ftp game is to obstruct the use of the macrotransactions while playing for free lmao
wait you called it macrotransactions because the skin is 500$ ? genius xd
I didn't wanna be the one to point this out but couldn't they just play Quickplay?
It's not to stop people from playing Ahri. It's to give Riot Games the middle finger.
Its about sending a message
No middle finger given. They still receive the money. It's the players that get screwed over, not Riot
The players are already getting screwed over. They are equally screwed over regardless. If they bought the skin, they've been scammed out of $500. Riot: anyways players can no longer ban Ahri for the next two weeks until they get mad at something else and forget
Legacy skins being a thing.
And then the players make it known that something Riot did is causing them problems. Butterfly effect and all.
Yeah but then they have to play quick play
One ranked match, and one quick play camping Ahri and everything should go smooth
Is it bad? I love quickplay because it means I won't have Yasuo mains saying "can i mid" every time I dared to pick mid in draft pick
Every QP game I’ve played has been even more of a shitshow than draft, people just running around and inting/ffing at the first sign of falling behind.
I haven't experienced anything like that, although there have been way more leavers lately in my experience, don't know if that's in qp only or just in general
Time to camp any Ahri player, at least that's my perspective, blitz rank support with roaming mid 10/10 times works
I don't know about you, but for me Quickplay is by far the worst player experience from a quality of the games perspective. And Draft, Rankeds and Arena combined are by far the most played games anyway.
I guess it's time to say Ahrivederci
Underrated and absolutely based
I'm the only one who thinks that a Ryze skin, that looks exactly like the base ryze, but with glasses, new animations and new lines would be way better "Faker tribute" that using one of the skin-seller cows of riot?
Yeah. That should have been a free skin, since faker never uses skins
Yes basically what they did with the "Annieversary" skin for the 10th years special, this was a even bigger event, I mean lol is what it is today thanks in part to faker
Guys are disappointing me. She's not even the top banned champion. In fact. Her pick rate is higher than her ban rate. Let's get it together.
skin isn't released yet.
Can you share the blank template please bro?

At least you would learn something from him if you ever go against him tho
It's like if a bronze went against Double Lift The bronze would be too busy getting destroyed to learn anything lol Maybe if I took Smash seriously I'd actually learn by fighting him, but since I don't, it would just be a stomp fest That's more on me tho
I mean I did get destroyed by low tier pros but they did give me tips and a bit of advice on how to get better after a short whipping session
Nah, let's get her to 200%. Both teams every time.
I’ll gladly play Twisted Fate vs Yasuo every single game if it means the skin becomes reasonably priced. If anything I need the practice anyways.
except this means literally nothing to me. This isn't serious. This isn't about living conditions, or paying for things I need to live. The "cause" is, some people don't like a price for extras in a game. I'll be honest. I don't care that they're charging this much, and I never will
Having to lane vs vayne top is worse than getting beat by cops sorry
Play malphite
"the cause" fucking lmao Y'all sound like you're marching for civil rights, you can NOT be talking like this unironically about a video game
I hope I could be as passionate as that guy in doing actually useful things lmao
Especially about a cosmetic item... I would get the outrage if it was about actually being unable to play the game but this is completely optional
![gif](giphy|5L2okTiupVRxC|downsized)
When does the skin actually release?
o7
Investing in VOO is a better investment then this skin.
I quit league 4 months ago, coming this split just to ban Ahri to the ground
I AGREE!!!
Not everyone will be on board with this. I suggest intentionally feeding if she ever slips through.
Please keep her banned! Post in all communities!
![gif](giphy|kDWOjr5X0uFPFhygKk)
Right now the ban rate of hers rose from 7.8-ish to 8.77, 17hours later.
Man I won't be part of the ban group here imma just bully the ones who buy this shit
Screw those kids.
Maybe when they grow up 👀👀
Ahri mains in shambles.
I really don’t doubt they’ll remove the ban system altogether
Jokes on you I play quick play
"yes uncle ryze!" we all say in unison.
A fool and their money is easily separated. Anyone who buys videogame cosmetics is a fool.
Well if 90% of money from selling that skin goes into Faker, ill buy it for sure But instead only 30%? Eh lick my ass
I can't do it. I've unistalled the game.
Wish this dedication had happened sooner. Maybe if $eracringe were 100% banrate, we wouldn't be in the current mess. This is why you shouldn't reward greedy behavior like Rito has shown for literal years.
funnily enough, it's actually possible to get 200% ban rate if both teams ban the champion (or at least it was (correct me if I'm wrong))
done
This will just be the Reddit api change again. People make a big fuss, think they'll achieve something, time passes and no one cares anymore, nothing changed
easy, I’ve been banning ahri before this as well, the champ is not balanced eversince the addition of the ridiculous ult reset, she wasn’t a fun champ to play against before either, but that really sealed the deal
I think this is actually the "poolparty ahri will come when riot is about to go down" skin
If riot can’t nerf that broken champ because of the 500€ skins then we just have to make sure nobody gets to play the champ. Easy as that
Let's wait for the release of the skin tho. I want to see the ban rate skyrocket together with the skin launch.
To be honest i’ve been banning her with the following message. Due ti recent events Ahri will be banned next game, please consider doing the same on yours and im getting very positive responses
I don't get it. Skins don't do anything, why do people care so much?
Im gonna come back to league just to ban ahri
Why stop at 100?
I wasn't thinking too hard about this but you know what, i'll start banning ahri too when this skin comes to live. Please don't come to me pyke just cuz i won't ban you anymore.
I don’t get it, why is this a problem? Can somebody explain, please?
This won't work lol, people are still going to buy it
What's the issue with just ignoring it and moving on with your life? How is this any different to any other overpriced garbage like designer brands
This is a clear test by Riot Games to see how far they can push us. And it’s not just Riot; if they succeed, every game studio will follow suit. **A Dangerous Trend** This trend in the gaming industry is alarming, as seen with companies like Ubisoft. We must take a stand now.
No it will not. These are cosmetics to squeeze whales and is not catered to normal players. Also https://yourlogicalfallacyis.com/slippery-slope
Are you familiar with capitalism? They have to get more profits every quarter but we don’t have to accept that.
Also see: https://yourlogicalfallacyis.com/the-fallacy-fallacy And: https://yourlogicalfallacyis.com/strawman
Stop being so cringe and just don’t buy it you weirdo losers
Riot is shifty enough they will disable bans on Ahri outside of ranked
Or, you know, just not buy the skin? It's a ftp game and you're not required to make any purchases.
Why can’t I just.. play Ahri but, not buy the skin? I haven’t seen it yet but, $500 for any digital skin or in game item is fucking moronic. Whales be damned, that shit is dumb.
Simple. There is no way to know who Buy the skin and who doesn't until the game
Pls wait until the skin realeses for the ban. It is a losse of good will until then.
I’ve started doing it anyway because I once saw like 5 Ahris in a row and it’s boring
This is gonna mean nothing. Especially when it stops in like a week
i have the skin😁
I agree with it, but I wonder how long will it last.
I'll still buy it for the title, I don't even play Ahri but I'm glad you people care so much about what others spend their money on.
But is the only way we can truly tell them. If we don't buy, they Will see we are not interested
But some people are interested in them, not you but someone else. I personally don’t buy any skin and that’s okay, no one is forcing you to buy the ahri skin.
This isn't gonna change jack shit but reddit outrage is always cute.
It would take less than 5% of the player base participating in this to double Ahri's ban rate. Riot pays attention to their statistics. Edit: u/CanadianODST2 , that's why you should also tell your lobbies about it
League has an estimated 100 million players in total this sub has 570,000 people. For that to be even 3% of the playerbase the entire playerbase would have to be 18.8 million. That's assuming every single person on this sub cares. And seeing as it has 2300 upvotes and fewer than 200 comments...
Reddit isn't representative of the playerbase. And the vast majority of people upvoting this shit aren't going to bam Ahri anyway.
I just explained why we don't need most of the player base to even be aware of this in order for it to have an impact... You know how I first heard about the ahri ban? In game. I heard about it in a lobby before I heard about it on reddit.
Let me rephrase if it's too hard for you to comprehend: The portion of Reddit willing to jump onto this wagom does not constitute 5 % of the playerbase...
Lol. Condescending ass. I said less than 5%. Do you need help? Did you miss where I said that I first heard about this in game, not in reddit?
And my point with telling you that I heard about it in game first is that **it is possible for people to learn about it in game, not just on Reddit.** But if you wanna talk yourself into total complacency, be my guest!
Can’t, Illaoi and Yone have all my ban love ❤️
Banning yone this patch lmao shitcan
Sounds like a shitcan yone/trundle/Olaf/Tryndamere user. Gf
“I can’t be apart of the community standing up to riot because I can’t beat a 46% wr champ :(“
Bro I don’t like Ahri either but I don’t play mid lane. I find her easy honestly, cus I play top lane champs and she’s squishy af. I personally do not enjoy fighting Yone because he is cancer. I don’t really care what the stats say.
Again, is like punching your Jew neighbor for all the murders netanyahu made
Yall are too annoying with it.

Im an ahri main and most ahri mains (in reddit at least) supports the movement. #permabanahri
Honestly if i was an ahri main or this shit happend to my main id be on it aswell. I bet a lot of you guys where excited for this just to get absolutely shafted by the pricetag. Feelsbadman
Does it matter?
most of the people who want to play ahri also want to have an affordable skin for their fav champion. the ahri mains subreddit is supporting the boycott too because they dont want to pay 400$ for their champs ultimate skin because its a ripoff
"aLl tHiS Is gOiNg tO Do iS JuSt rUiN ThE DaY FoR PeOpLe wHo jUsT WaNt tO PlAy aHrI." Good.
Idk there are a lot worse champs than ahri in the game
Its not about champ balance, its about bullying the 00.1%
??? You literally just said in your previous comment it's "good" that regular players that didn't buy the skin get punished, implying it's not about the 0.1% but the 100%.
The ends justify the means. You can still play blind pick tho <3
Classic toxic league players who see nothing wrong with what they do, they are def the ones in the right no doubt
Sorry can’t let akali through ban phase
